April 16th, 2020: Health4theworld welcomes Dr. Sam Shen from Stanford Medicine. Dr. Shen is the Vice-Chair, Clinical Operations, and Faculty, Department of Emergency Medicine, Stanford University. He is also the Associate Chief Quality Officer/ Safety Officer at Stanford Health Care. He has been spearheading the Stanford ED response to COVID-19. In this talk, he shares various Emergency Room initiatives for disaster preparedness including areas such as spacing, staffing, predictive modeling, Telehealth and various other innovative solutions.
